How do I get the Plus trial?
Sign up or sign in with a Gmail address (email + password, or Continue with Google). Eligible accounts are lifted to Plus automatically — free while there is no payment gateway. GitHub signups stay on Free.
Why didn’t I get the trial?
Two reasons: your address isn’t Gmail, or it tripped the spam check — a “+” anywhere, or more than 2 dots before the @ (e.g. first.middle.last.name@gmail.com). The account still works, it just stays on Free.
What are AI credits?
Each AI answer, summary, diagram, or document query spends credits based on tokens used. Usage is tracked per account; private boards never spend any.
What counts toward storage?
Uploaded images and PDFs on cloud boards. Private-board files live in your browser and do not count.
When is Pro coming?
Pro (₹1,499/month) launches with the payment gateway. Until then it can’t be selected — Plus trial covers everything.
What happens if I downgrade?
Cloud boards stay readable but creating new ones, AI, and collaboration stop. Save .raxiv backups first — deleting your account removes everything permanently.
