Raxiv is an AI-powered visual workspace operated by Raxiv, India: infinite-canvas boards with cards, shapes, calculations, document uploads, an AI board assistant, and real-time collaboration. Private boards work offline in your browser; cloud boards add sync, AI, and sharing.

These terms apply to the website, apps, and APIs. By creating an account or using any board, you agree to them.

You must provide a valid email and keep your password secret. Passwords are hashed (Argon2id); traffic is encrypted in transit. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Guest joins via shared links/keys don’t need accounts but inherit whatever tier the link grants. Don’t share keys you weren’t given, and don’t probe boards by guessing IDs — access is checked on every request.

Free: private offline boards only — no cloud sync, AI, collaboration, or commits. Plus (₹799/month, currently free trial): cloud + private boards, all features, 1,000 AI credits, 1 GB storage — granted automatically to Gmail accounts (Google or email signup) that pass the anti-abuse check. Pro (₹1,499/month): coming soon with the payment gateway; until then it cannot be selected.

There is no checkout yet, so nothing is charged. Trial abuse check: Gmail addresses containing “+” or more than 2 dots stay on Free (the account still works). GitHub signups are excluded from the trial. We may rate-limit logins, uploads, and AI endpoints to keep the service fair.

You own your boards, cards, uploads, and exports. You grant Raxiv only the technical rights needed to store, process (including embeddings for search), and display them to you and people you invite.

Uploads are stored privately with randomized filenames and validated type/size. PDF text is extracted to enable search and Q&A. Deleting a board removes its cards, connections, and files; deleting your account removes everything permanently — there is no undo.

Board owners control sharing: join links with view-only / limited / full-edit tiers, per-link keys, seat caps, freezes, and blocklists. If you join someone’s board, respect their tier — limited editors may only delete what they created, and exports/cross-board paste stay owner-only by design.

Don’t circumvent kicks, blocks, revoked keys, or frozen states, and don’t exfiltrate boards you were only invited to view.

Don’t: break the law; upload malware or infringing, hateful, or illegal content; attack, scrape, or overload the service; attempt to access others’ boards; or resell AI outputs as if they were human professional advice without review.

We may suspend accounts or revoke invites that violate these rules, with or without notice for serious abuse.

AI answers, summaries, calculations explanations, diagrams, and document Q&A are generated assistance — they can be wrong. Citations point to source cards/pages so you can verify; always check important math, legal, medical, or financial points yourself.

The AI only reads the active board (or your selection) plus retrieved relevant chunks — never your other boards. It proposes changes; nothing is applied without your Apply.

We store what you give us (account, boards, uploads, chat history, usage) to run the service. Files live outside the public web directory; secrets stay server-side. We don’t sell personal data.

Private boards never leave your browser. Join-link fragments (keys) stay out of server logs by design. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for reliable autosave and daily encrypted backups, but no service is perfect: keep .raxiv exports of anything critical, especially on Free private boards where the browser copy is the only copy.

You may stop using Raxiv anytime and delete your account from Account settings → Danger zone. Deletion takes two confirmations (your email, then your password or an emailed code): the account locks immediately and is permanently erased 7 days later. Before that purge, email hello@raxiv.in from your account address to restore it. We may also suspend or terminate abusive accounts; on termination your cloud data is removed per the deletion policy above.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raxiv is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost ideas, files, or profits. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the prior 12 months (₹0 on Free).
